Flavia Tata Nardini

Flavia Tata Nardini is the Co-founder and CEO of Fleet Space Technologies and a member of the Mineral-X Advisory Council at Stanford University. A propulsion engineer by training and a recognized space technology leader, Flavia is at the forefront of applying cutting-edge aerospace innovations to terrestrial industries, particularly mining, exploration, and defense. Under her leadership, Fleet Space is deploying a constellation of nanosatellites and geophysical sensing tools to enable high-resolution, real-time subsurface imaging and decision-making.

With experience as a propulsion test engineer at the European Space Agency and co-holder of two patents, Flavia brings a unique combination of deep technical expertise and entrepreneurial insight. Her work directly supports the mission of Mineral-X to revolutionize mineral exploration by integrating space-based sensing, machine learning, and geoscience.

In addition to her executive role, Flavia serves on the boards and leadership councils of multiple space and mining organizations, including Austmine and the 7Sisters Moon Mission. She is also a passionate advocate for STEM education and women in tech, mentoring emerging leaders and speaking globally on innovation in science and exploration.
